What should I bring to class?

All you need is yourself! And we also recommend water to stay hydrated.

I’ve never tried yoga or meditation, is this for me?

We would love to have you! Our classes are open and welcome to all levels of experience.

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can freely stretch and move in is best. No shoes or socks are needed for meditation or yoga classes.

Do you have space to change and store my things?

We have a bathroom in the studio and cubbies to place your personal belongings during class.

Do you allow walk-ins?

Of course. We offer special pricing for first time students and drop in pricing, as well.

What else can I do at Nap York?

The Nap York location offers a cafe full of nourishing food and drinks, napping pods, massage chairs, and quiet work space. Spend a day with us and you’ll leave feeling productive, rested, and rejuvenated.
