HOW LONG CAN I NAP FOR?

Minimum booking time for naps is 30 minutes. If your desired reservation includes 11:50pm, please contact us directly at timessquare@napyork.com or 833-NAP-YORK so we may assist you. Please be aware that if you oversleep, a member of the Dream Team may gently wake you in order to accommodate pod cleaning and the next guests.

 

HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN THE PODS?

A member of our Dream Team inspects and cleans every pod after each use. We use Airweave mattresses that are entirely washable and designed to minimize dust and allergens.  Each mattress is encased in a bed bug-blocking zippered protector and a fitted vegan leather cover. Additionally, we have two professional inspectors visit us independently each month to ensure we are bed-bug free. Our inspection logs can be found at the front desk.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

Yes, if we have availability, we are happy to accommodate drop-in visitors.

 

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are a cashless business and accept all major credit cards.

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR A RESERVATION?

For faster check-in, we recommend paying online or using the MindBody app.  Otherwise, your credit card will be charged when you arrive at Nap York.

 

CAN I SHARE MY POD?

Our pods are strictly single occupancy. Any violators of this rule will be confronted by security and banned from the premises.

 

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

In order to maintain the most peaceful environment for our guests, we are an 18 and over establishment.

 

ARE THE PODS SAFE?

We have security guards on site 24/7 and have more than a dozen cameras throughout the building. In case of a emergency, each pod is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a Nest Protect.

 

CAN I EAT INSIDE THE POD?

Sealable bottles of water are permitted inside the pod.  We kindly ask that all other beverages be enjoyed in the Wind Down lounge.

 

HOW LONG CAN I RESERVE A SPACE FOR?

As long as there is open availability, you can book for as long as you like.  

 

HOW LATE CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

We accept cancellations up to four hours before your booking.  

 

HOW IS THE QUALITY OF SLEEP?

Each of our pods have active fresh air supply for your comfort and a light-blocking curtain to ensure your privacy. The starlit pod ceiling will help tune down your body and mind and each floor is equipped with white noise machines to blanket ambient sound.

 

IS THERE AN OPTION FOR SHEETS, PILLOWS, OR ANY “NON-RUBBER” FEELING OF THE BEDS? IS THERE A REASON WHY LINENS AREN'T STANDARD?

We offer linen upgrades for $5.  Sustainable practices are very important to us and in order to conserve water used during laundering, linens are only standard on naps longer than three hours.

 

WHAT IF I AM A LIGHT SLEEPER?

A member of the Dream Team can provide you with ear plugs or complimentary use of headphones and iPod for guided meditation.  The Recharge Floors are quiet areas - we ask all nappers to put their phones on silent and ambient sound is muffled by white noise machines.
