    1. How do I pay for a reservation?

      • All payments are made online, we do not recommend walk-ins.

    2. What is the age requirement?

      • We are an 18 and over establishment.

    3. Is this a hotel?

      • We are a dormitory style sleep station, not a traditional hotel with private rooms. All our rooms are shared spaces, meant to recharge the people who power the world.

    7. Do you accept walk-ins?

      • We do not recommend walk-ins. Please message us to avoid any nightmares.

    9. How late can I cancel my reservation?

      • Standard rates are 100% refunded if cancelled 5 days prior to reservation.

      • Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable.

      • Hourly reservations are refundable 2 hours prior to reservation.

    10. May I extend my stay?

      • Guests may extend their stay based on availability, please inquire with your dream manager.

    11. Can I drop off my luggage before or after reservation?

      • Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check out.

    12. Do you have all-female rooms available?

      • Yes, there are female only rooms available for economy class pods.

    13. How many beds are in each room? Are bathrooms shared?

      • An economy class pod has four to six beds with a bathroom. A business class pod contains two private pods with a bathroom.

      • Pods are subject to availability. We offer flexible luggage storage before your reservation. If you are arriving late please email reserve@napyork.com

    1. What form of payment do you accept?

      • We are a cashless business and accept all major credit cards. A damage deposit is required for each reservation.

    2. How do I pay for a reservation?

      • Payment information is required during the online reservation.

    3. What are the additional taxes and fees?

      • There is a 15% hotel tax and $3.50/night city occupancy tax on top of the listed price.

    4. When do I get my deposit back?

      • The damage deposit is released after check-out, if there are no damages. It may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account.

      • This release will NOT show up as a refund on your bank statement. The original transaction will be dropped as if it was never charged.

    1. Can I share my pod?

      • Our pods are strictly single occupancy. Any violators of this rule will be charged double and evicted from the premises.

    2. Are there bathrooms with showers?

      • Yes, every reservation has access to a bathroom with a shower. We also provide a towel and body soap.

    3. What size are your mattresses?

      • Our economy and business pod mattresses are twin-sized.

    4. What's the difference between an Economy Pod and a Business Pod?

      • The Business Class Pods are enclosed twin-sized rooms with tall starlit ceilings.

      • The Economy Class Pods are like bunk beds, stacked on top of another.

      • Both have a curtain divisor, and come with USB ports, power socket, reading lights, and a shelf.

    1. How long can I sleep for?

      • We offer hourly sessions from 1-12 hours. Our nightly sessions are 1-14 nights.

      • We offer complimentary sleep masks and ear plugs at check in.

      • Yes, we offer free high speed WiFi for all guests.

    2. Can I smoke/vape?

      • There is no smoking anywhere in the building. Violators can be fined up to $5,000 and may face additional civil penalties.

    3. Can I bring my kids or pets?

      • In order to maintain the most peaceful environment for our guests, we are a 21 and over establishment.

      • Pets are not allowed. Service Dogs are allowed only for Business Pod reservations and with an additional $50/night fee.

    4. Can I eat inside the pod?

      • Only sealable bottles of water are permitted inside the pod. We kindly ask that all other food and beverages be enjoyed outside the sleeping area.

    5. Can I talk on the phone?

      • The sleeping floors are quiet areas - we ask all dreamers to put their phones on silent and refrain from any conversation.

    6. How do you maintain the pods?

      • Like any other hotel, a member of our Dream Team cleans every pod after each use. Each mattress and pillow is encased with a protector and high performance fabric. Additionally, we have professional inspectors visit us regularly to ensure we’re operating to the highest standards.

    7. Are the pods safe?

      • We have 24/7 security on site and multiple cameras throughout the space. In case of an emergency, each room is equipped with fire sprinklers and fire alarms.

    8. Is parking available?

      • We do not have on site parking. Paid public parking garages can be found nearby.

    9. Is there curfew?

      • Nap York is open 24/7 but every hour is quiet hour.
